Getting your photograph to us

First email with your enquiry and how you would be sending us your image. Digital or hard copy. Email us using our contact form or contact@fixurpics.co.uk

Once we receive your email we will send you all the necessary details about what to do with your image.

When sending your images, please make sure they are packed protectively, i.e. cannot be bent. We cannot be held responsible for the carelessness of the posties.

Always send your images by recorded delivery because, again, we cannot be held accountable for any lost post. First Class Recorded delivery is about £2 and you can track it online.

If you do not want to mail your photographs, then you will need to scan them into your computer with a resolution of at least 300dpi and A6 size. Please remember that the quality of your scan produced on your screen is what we will be working with, unless you send us your images personally. Please view our scanning tips

If your scanned photograph is too big for email (over 10mb) then you can use an external file sharing site such as rapidshare or sendspace, to upload your image and email us the link. (A site photo uploader will soon be available).

Digital Images

Digital images that need fixing, please email them directly: contact@fixurpics.co.uk. If they are too big for email i.e. bigger than 10MB, please use a filesharing site such as rapidshare or sendspace and email the link to us.

Videos

Videos will need to be posted to us.
We recommend posting them by recorded delivery so you can track their delivery status. We cannot be held resnponsible for items that do not arrive, which is why tracking your post is very important.

Please contact us, stating how long your video is and what you would like. We will reply with a quote and an ETA from start to finish.
